Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'order' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
If you have a problem with a delivery or with goods damaged in transit call us with in 48 hours to report any damage or shortage issues
if you leave it later than this it may cause problems we can not resolve. 

We can offer Ready to Ride bike delivery at a cost of £15 please phone or email sales@activesport.co.uk for more info

Returns
If you decide to return a product it must be returned with in 7 days if over this time we can only issue a credit note.
please also be aware that we can not refund any postage costs we incur sending you the product this includes free post items over £50
on our site all parcels delivered do have a postage cost and this amount will be duducted if you return the item.

Delivery Schedule
We despatch your order with in 48 hours. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days .

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders  17.5% Vat

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
Just contact us if you have a warranty problem. All goods supplied by us are from official sources within the UK and are covered by the normal manufacturers warranty.
